Garuda Indonesia,have announced they are cancelling the 5.15pm flight from Kupang to Bali,as of the 29th of October 2016.
The 1.30pm is to continue.
To depart Nemberala and arrive in Bali the same day,you now have to catch the early morning fast ferry,which leaves Rote Island at 9am.
This only works on a Monday,Thursday ,Friday and Saturday.
Alternatively catch the 4.10pm wings air flight from Rote to Kupang,over night then catch the 1.30pm Garuda flight to Bali.
Villa Santai recommends Hotel Lahasienda or Hotel on the rock for the over night stay in Kupang.
